About the Role
Join Sandbox Interactive as a Freelance Support Agent to support the vibrant Albion Online player community. We seek proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy individuals fluent in Italian (or other languages) to help players experience our award-winning MMO across all platforms. You will operate within a passionate, international team committed to high-quality service and player satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and effective support to players via our ticketing platform, chat, and email.
- Resolve technical, account, and gameplay queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for thorough resolution.
- Identify and report recurring player issues, suggesting improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Albion Online, game updates, and community trends.
- Deliver support clearly, concisely, and respectfully, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools like ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, and basic troubleshooting.
- Deep interest in online games and a desire to help the player community.
- Must be 18+.
- Must be able to receive international payments.
- Applications must be submitted in English.
