About the Role

Supporting the Quality Manager in daily operations and conducting goods-in tasks. This role involves carrying out hygiene and GMP audits, implementing and monitoring food safety plans, and ensuring compliance with quality control measures.

Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Manager in daily office running and conduct daily goods-in tasks.
  • Carry out Hygiene Audits and daily, weekly, and monthly GMP Audits.
  • Raise non-conformances and follow up on them.
  • Implement and monitor PRP, OPRP, and HACCP plans.
  • Report deviations and take corrective actions.
  • Perform verification of all HACCP paperwork.
  • Monitor CCPs and temperature records.
  • Oversee maintenance of traceability systems.
  • Support airline-specific verification checks in flight assembly, dry stores, and in-bound areas.
  • Prepare samples for finished product microbiological testing and taste.
  • Oversee and check chillers and dry stores, including FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
  • Perform verification checks of team members' personal hygiene in high-risk and high-care areas.
  • Provide regular Quality Assurance reports.
  • Train and develop production staff on food safety and food quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints and submit detailed reports.
