About the Role
This role will play a key part in providing exceptional service to guests across Mee So and our breakfast service at Ibis Styles Sydney Central.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide menu recommendations
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
- Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role or customer facing position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends working a rotating roster
- The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- A valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian working rights
