About the Role

The Dynamic Yield Product Lead is responsible for driving Dynamic Yield product strategy by consistently delivering, innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines, while growing product revenue and creating competitive differentiation for Mastercard. The candidate will have responsibility for market product management, sales coordination and achievement of revenue targets, helping ensure the maximization of value for Mastercard and our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development & execution of long-term product strategy and go-to-market plans for Personalization solutions via Dynamic Yield capabilities in APAC.
  • Establish integrated plans across prioritized markets and segments by working with Mastercard SBLs and specialist teams.
  • Monitor product revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Coordinate market-facing bundles and manage opportunity pipelines with CA&E commercialization team, Services BDs, and SBLs.
  • Ensure customers realize value from services by working with customer success teams.
  • Ensure DY product delivery is compliant with Mastercard’s Studio framework from concept through launch.
  • Assess expansion plans for relevance to market needs.
  • Build market intelligence by assessing the competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap.
  • Capture customer feedback on products and emerging needs, communicating it to global product teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success working in matrixed and distributed organizations across functions to support product go-to market strategies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of competitive offerings, industry trends, and the acceptance value chain.
  • Experience in product management methodologies.
  • Experience communicating with product managers, technical architects, business analysts, and engineers to deliver new solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with people across all levels of a matrix organization.
  • Ability to create trust and value while building enduring relationships.
  • Ability to identify and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently through ambiguity.
  • Results-driven, deadline-focused, practical, creative, and innovative.
  • High energy, passion, and output with a positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings.
