About the Role

Gain real-world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products through this internship program designed for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader.
  • Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary.
  • Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance.
  • Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities.
  • Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees.
  • Be "on-your-feet" in the production area approximately 80% of the shift.

Requirements

  • Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
  • Major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.
  • Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be open to relocation.
