About the Role
Support the pursuit and delivery of complex rail and transport infrastructure projects by maintaining tender data, supporting governance, producing insights, and enabling informed decisions across the work-winning lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the Rail Business Unit's work-winning and tendering activities through analysis, reporting and business insights.
- Maintain and manage pre-contracts systems, databases and opportunity pipelines.
- Produce tender and prospect reports, dashboards and forecasts for business leaders.
- Support governance and compliance requirements throughout the bid process.
- Analyse market, project and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Bid Managers, Estimators, Commercial teams and Rail leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pre-contracts systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail environments.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, CRM platforms and business systems.
- High attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to turn data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.
