About the Role
This is a three-year dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Service Management, combining academic learning at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR) with practical experience at Vattenfall GmbH. The program aims to equip students with solid business administration skills and actively shape the energy transition.
Responsibilities
- Alternate between three-month theory and practical phases over six semesters.
- Directly link academic learning with practical application.
- Study core business administration disciplines such as accounting, human resources, and marketing, partly in English.
- Engage in diverse practical assignments in various company departments.
- Gain insights into key commercial functions including purchasing, accounting, human resources, communication, and Real Estate & Facility Management.
- Develop analytical, methodical, and communication skills.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams and projects.

- Complete a one-month introductory phase with workshops on the energy industry, team training, and a joint introductory trip.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with good grades.
- Very good written and spoken German.
