About the Role
As a Product Guide, you will foster connections in every guest interaction, from educating them about our products to assisting with purchases and supporting warranty claims. You will help organize in-store events, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming. Your feedback on merchandising will enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Collaborating with your team, you will deliver a best-in-class experience through exceptional service and a deep understanding of our products, all while being a proud brand ambassador.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Two or more years of retail sales experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to have fun at work while remaining accountable

- Available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week
- Flexible and open availability throughout late October 2026– late January 2027
- Availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change at the discretion of the Store Manager
