About the Role

Lead the revenue function for the newly formed Experiences and Attractions division, which encompasses a diverse portfolio of guest experiences across Australia. This role involves maximizing revenue, improving conversion, managing demand, and enhancing the guest experience by collaborating with various internal teams and leading revenue analysts and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage revenue strategies including dynamic pricing, yield management, forecasting, budgeting, inventory availability, and ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct market, competitor, customer, channel, and financial analysis to identify demand trends, pricing opportunities, commercial risks, and profitability improvement areas.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor revenue performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, commercial, operations, digital, and shared service teams to align campaigns, pricing, product availability, and distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop revenue analysts, managers, and specialists.
  • Oversee inventory management and drive continuous improvement across pricing processes, reporting cadence, inventory controls, channel governance, and trading reviews.
  • Leverage revenue management systems, booking platforms, channel tools, dashboards, data analytics, and operational systems to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Engage divisional leadership, executive management, operating teams, shared service functions, and external partners to communicate trading performance, strategies, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue management roles, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising pricing strategies through data analysis and market research.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collegiate and collaborative working style.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.
  • Adaptive, solutions-focused approach with strong financial acumen.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Successful candidates are required to provide a current National Police Clearance.
  • A pre-employment medical may be required.
