Responsibilities
- Analyze labor utilization, productivity, throughput, and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct time and motion studies and establish accurate, equitable, and repeatable labor standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain labor management systems, workforce tracking tools, and performance reporting processes.
- Evaluate branch layouts, workflows, and operational processes, recommending solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize operational performance.
- Partner with operations leaders and associates to drive adoption of labor standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead labor management and productivity improvement initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution without direct supervisory authority.
- Create analyses, reports, and recommendations to support transparent decision-making and operational planning.
- Ensure labor measurement methodologies, productivity standards, and reporting processes are consistent, reliable, and sustainable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience analyzing operational data, labor performance metrics, and workforce utilization trends.
- Experience conducting time studies, developing labor standards, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting facility layout optimization and workflow design initiatives.
- Comfortable office environment with occasional exposure to operational sites.
- Requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
