About the Role
Join Bayer as a Mechatronics Apprentice starting September 2027. Contribute to a world where sufficient food and healthcare are accessible to all. We are looking for individuals with energy, curiosity, and dedication to redefine the impossible.
Responsibilities
- Perform operational and technical communication.
- Plan, control, monitor, and evaluate work processes.
- Understand fundamentals of metal processing and electrical engineering.
- Install and test hardware and software components.
- Inspect and adjust mechatronic systems, including commissioning, maintenance, and operation.
- Ensure quality assurance, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Hauptschulabschluss (basic secondary school leaving certificate).
- Good grades in Mathematics, Physics, and English.
- Teamwork skills.
- Manual dexterity and a good understanding of technical contexts.
