About the Role
The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) ensures participant well-being and data accuracy, acting as the primary liaison between investigational sites, Novotech, and sponsors. This role involves managing site relationships to ensure trials comply with ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Support line managers or project managers as a Lead Clinical Research Associate.
- Provide support on ad hoc visits.
- Evaluate and assess junior CRA staff as needed.
- Participate in Clinical Services department activities.
- Present at clinical department meetings.
- Assist with the development of clinical processes and SOPs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of Clinical Research Associate experience in the Clinical industry.
Experience Level
- Senior CRA (SCRA)
