About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a hands-on role in bringing digital campaigns to life, supporting the build, testing, and publishing of emails, landing pages, and activities across paid and organic channels. This role works closely with campaigns, email, and website teams to engage audiences and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

- Engage audiences and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing.
- Exposure to, or willingness to learn key digital platforms including Email Service Providers (ESPs), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) or a strong desire to build data and reporting capability.
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles for web and email, with a willingness to develop expertise.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to proofread and edit content accurately.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Curious, analytical mindset with an interest in digital performance and trends.
- Existing Australian work rights.
- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
