About the Role
This role requires leadership across both high-volume creative production and strategic customer engagement initiatives. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production. This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior writing skills to concept against different deliverables, including but not limited to; manifestos, scripts, digital and content, developing campaigns, activations, social posts, and more across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
- Self-edit and review all deliverables for grammatical and formatting issues, ensuring strategy alignment as well as clients’ tone, style, audience, and objectives
- Develop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
- Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient
- Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work
- Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
