About the Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on graphic design role where you will work across a broad mix of projects including campaign rollouts, social content, video creation, retail activation, digital assets and brand creative. You will shape how our brands show up, champion visual identity, and get involved early in briefs. The role requires managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work on time.
Responsibilities
- Shaping how our brands show up and defining their visual world
- Championing visual identity across all creative output
- Participating in briefs to ensure design thinking is integrated early
- Designing and creating campaign creative, social content, video, retail, and shopper assets
- Creating and editing video and motion content for various platforms
- Briefing and guiding external creative agencies and production partners
- Managing projects from concept to final, on-brand asset delivery
- Self-managing multiple jobs and deadlines, prioritizing workload, and planning time effectively
- Proactively communicating any shifts in priorities or timelines
- Setting the craft standard for the brands managed
Requirements
- Experience from a creative agency, FMCG business, or fast-paced commercial environment
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience creating both static and video content
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A 'maker first' mentality
- Ability to articulate brand visual direction concisely
- Ability to work at pace without compromising craft
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across different channels and brands
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI in creative work
- Desire for continuous learning and career growth
- Ability to explain creative thinking and design decisions
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must provide CV and a link to a digital portfolio
- Must provide examples of proudest work and role in bringing ideas to life
- Must provide proof of legal work rights
- May be required to undertake pre-employment screening
- Must inform of any required reasonable adjustments for the recruitment process
Skills
- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience creating video content
- Basic motion graphics skills
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Ability to explain creative thinking and design decisions
- Understanding of best practice content design for different platforms
- Figma experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com (Nice to Have)
