About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role overseeing multiple hospitality venues, driving commercial performance, customer experience, team capability and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing venue management teams.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer experience outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR and Leadership.
- Deliver venue activations and brand experiences that engage consumers and communities.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance and safety standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong people leader with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Experience in multi-site operations or hospitality management will be highly regarded.
