About the Role
This role sits within DEPT®/AI's Data & AI practice, focusing on leveraging AI across large-scale transformation programs. You will translate complex technology into business value for clients, define AI strategies, lead transformation programs, and design scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments with enterprise clients across EMEA
- Define AI roadmaps and prioritised use case portfolios, anchored in business case and ROI
- Design and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problems
- Guide clients through AI transformation programmes, from vision to implementation
- Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and organisational change
- Bring emerging technology thinking to client conversations and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in an AI, data, or technology consulting role, preferably at a consulting firm or digital agency
- Strong track record working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, from C-suite to IT product owners and marketing leaders
- Ability to build business cases and communicate ROI of AI initiatives
- Understanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts
- Analytical, commercially minded, and a strong communicator
