Responsibilities
- Attract business via member referrals, cold calls, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up
- Achieve and surpass all personal sales goals
- Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and adhere to company core values
- Work closely with team members in driving new member personal training sales
- Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed
- Answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to the General Manager
- Assist in all projects as delegated by the GM, Membership Director and Regional Sales Director
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
Requirements
- 1+ years sales experience preferred
- Strong rapport building and sales closing skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
- Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Salary/Compensations
- Hourly rate up to $20/hr plus opportunity to earn monthly commissions averaging $3k-$5k per month. Earning potential is $75k+
