About the Role
Golden Steer is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to manage marketing operations across their eCommerce seasonings line, the Golden Steer Las Vegas steakhouse, and the Golden Steer New York restaurant. This role is responsible for executing marketing plans, managing the marketing calendar, and coordinating various initiatives across all three brands.
Responsibilities
- Own one marketing calendar across all three brands, covering promos, product launches, restaurant events, and seasonal peak moments.
- Execute email campaigns for eCommerce & Steakhouse, including building emails and planning send schedules.
- Manage creative operations, including writing briefs, trafficking assets, and maintaining the asset library.
- Coordinate organic social media efforts across brands, including managing the social calendar, coordinating posts, and scheduling.
- Project-manage campaigns and launches from brief through go-live and post-mortem.
- Provide paid media support, including trafficking, tagging, QA, and performance reporting.
- Support restaurant marketing for Las Vegas and New York, including local partnerships, reservations platforms, events, and in-restaurant collateral.
- Handle PR and influencer logistics, including press requests, sample sends, and content collaborations.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Conduct post-mortems for promotions to analyze spending, revenue, and future improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in execution, delivering tasks on time without constant supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills, maintaining clean and current calendars, trackers, and files.
- Capable marketing judgment with an understanding of campaign strategy and performance analysis.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing associate, or marketing operations role.
- Experience ideally at a DTC brand, hospitality group, or an agency serving them.
- Proven track record of running a calendar, executing campaigns, and managing deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership and figure out the path to achieve a given outcome.
- Comfort with marketing metrics such as AOV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, open and click rates.
- Ability to manage diverse needs across eCommerce, a Las Vegas institution, and a New York restaurant.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed for restaurants and launches.
- Experience in a similar role and readiness for a promotion.
- Highly organized with a talent for creating efficient systems.
- Ability to move fast and close loops, ensuring no task remains untouched for extended periods.
- Proactive in asking questions and surfacing potential problems early.
- Satisfaction derived from ensuring others' work lands on time and successfully.
- Comfort executing within a small team and interacting with senior leaders.
- Appreciation for brand history and ensuring all assets align with brand identity.
- Understanding of different customer personas for eCommerce versus restaurant patrons.
