About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Tax and Private Client practice groups by executing marketing tactics that drive awareness, demand, and preference for related service offerings, ultimately advancing the firm's business objectives. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns and driving tactical execution, operating with general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing tactics aligned with business goals through collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business development, digital marketing, Martech, content, PR, creative, internal communications, and brand teams.
- Manage the execution of marketing tactics such as thought leadership development (articles, client alerts, bylines, newsletters), email distributions, integrated nurture email efforts, event invitations, event follow-up emails, website development, videos, social media posts, and promotional copy.
- Support new lawyer integration and maintain existing lawyer bios, including writing and optimizing them for the website.
- Analyze data using KPIs and tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Eloqua to evaluate performance across digital channels.
- Utilize dashboards to assess and report on campaign success.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and deliver insights to clients, creating cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of related work experience
- Knowledge of content management systems, marketing technology software, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms
- Strong and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple high-profile projects and relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Relevant B2B marketing experience
- Healthcare or government affairs experience preferred
