About the Role
This is a 3-year apprenticeship program for Retail Business Professionals (m/f/d) at our TK Maxx store in Berlin Zehlendorf, providing everything needed for a successful career start. The apprenticeship begins on August 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Customer service in sales and fitting rooms
- Cashier activities
- Assisting with product presentation and stocking
- Replenishing stock in the sales area
- Maintaining the sales floor
Requirements
- Minimum of a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Enjoyment of interacting with people
- Friendliness and reliability
- Passion for fashion and interest in retail
- A valid work permit for the country of application is required
