About the Role

Kensington is seeking a CRM Email Specialist to join their Marketing team to support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role involves building, QA'ing, and deploying high-volume email communications to support lead generation, repeat bookings, reactivation, cross-sell, and customer loyalty. The specialist will work within HubSpot to manage campaigns from brief to deployment, identify automation opportunities, and improve reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, QA, and deploy B2C and B2B email campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Own email production from brief through deployment, coordinating timelines.
  • Build emails using established templates and modular components.
  • Complete comprehensive pre-send QA, including links, tagging, personalization, audience selection, and rendering.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the execution and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Leverage customer behavior and attributes for targeted communications.
  • Build and maintain audience segments and campaign workflows within the CRM.
  • Identify opportunities to transition manual communications into automated journeys.
  • Support A/B testing for campaign performance improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance across key metrics.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Document campaign learnings and apply insights to future communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
  • Support the day-to-day management of HubSpot (templates, workflows, lists, execution).
  • Maintain list hygiene and support email deliverability best practices.
  • Ensure campaign execution and data handling align with privacy requirements.
  • Partner with various teams (Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, Sales, etc.) to deliver campaigns.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage timelines.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience building, QA’ing, and deploying email campaigns within a CRM or email marketing platform.
  • Experience supporting automated workflows, triggered communications, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email campaign QA, including links, personalization, audience logic, and rendering.
  • Experience analyzing email performance and using data for improvement.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
