About the Role
This 10-week program is designed to be a game-changing first step in kicking off your career journey. You will develop your skills alongside supportive mentors and inspiring leaders, gaining behind-the-scenes insight into how inventory teams use forecasting tools to optimize inventory flow, drive margin, and support top-line sales. You will identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve future inventory needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team for a specific category to gain insight on inventory optimization.
- Use forecasting tools to optimize inventory flow, drive margin, and support top-line sales.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve future inventory needs.
- Attend business critical meetings.
- Lead projects.
- Gain experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Attend professional trainings.
- Brainstorm with the leadership team.
- Pioneer a new idea and present it to the executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Data and deadlines drive your decision making.
- Think strategically and critically to solve problems.
- Able to work onsite at one of our brands in San Francisco.
- Know how to prioritize and move quickly to react to our ever-changing business.
