About the Role

Okta is seeking a Senior Manager to architect and lead the company's ISV ecosystem from the ground up. This role involves building a new, scalable ISV partnership program to shape Okta's global engagement with ISV partners, driving integrations, mutual revenue growth, and positioning Okta as an ecosystem-first AI security platform.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the ISV ecosystem strategy, defining the vision, structure, and enablement approach.
  • Focus on the integration experience by building scalable frameworks and playbooks for new integrations and partner-led use cases.
  • Design and implement a scaled partner program with repeatable programs, incentive structures, and operating models.
  • Drive ecosystem thinking across Okta by partnering with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Drive AI innovation across ecosystem operations using AI and automation for partner lifecycle management.
  • Represent and evangelize the ISV ecosystem externally at partner events, briefings, and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ISV/ecosystem management experience with a proven track record of building, scaling, and architecting partner ecosystems.
  • Experience creating scalable programs, playbooks, and frameworks that enabled partners to succeed independently.
  • Deep expertise in ecosystem design and scaling, understanding how to build self-sustaining partner programs.
  • Experience working with technical ISV partners (platforms, security, infrastructure, data/AI, SaaS).
  • Proven ability to drive integrations end-to-end while navigating complex technical and business requirements.
  • Systems thinking ability to design repeatable partnership plays and operating models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools and workflows for scaling partner operations.
