About the Role
The Family Preservation Supervisor is responsible for the overall administration, planning, supervision, monitoring, and development of the Prevention program. This role involves working with the Stepping இருப்பதால் program, an alternative to detention, aiming to reduce the need for youth placement in detention facilities.
Responsibilities
- Recruits and accepts referrals for the Prevention program.
- Operates program within and according to all governing regulations and ensures program evaluation criteria are met or exceeded.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises staff, including conducting meetings, preparing schedules, and ensuring documentation requirements are met.
- Links staff with appropriate training opportunities.
- Assists with budget preparation and ensures fiscal accountability, including providing statistical and billing information, preparing reports, and completing state-mandated reports.
- Monitors expenses and approves travel expense records.
- Acts as a liaison to community and public agencies.
- Forms therapeutic relationships with children and families.
- Manages subcontractors and contractors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Flexible schedule with evenings required.
- Must provide on-call coverage.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Travel is required for the position.
- Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000.00 - $62,000.00
