About the Role

Drive successful paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of clients. Work closely with clients and the creative team to ensure campaigns are effective, engaging, and aligned with client goals. This role involves strategic planning, execution, performance analysis, and reporting of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Oversee SEM vendor performance, strategy, budgets, and campaign results.
  • Analyze Google Ads performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Support website SEO, including content, keywords, metadata, and on-page optimization.
  • Identify digital performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure digital campaigns and website initiatives align with dealership goals and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting or for multiple clients.
  • Proven experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and advertising tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver results for clients.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns for different client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
