About the Role
PrizePicks is seeking a versatile and highly skilled designer to join the Creative Collective. This role will support brand campaigns, paid user acquisition, social content, product marketing, CRM, and event collateral, requiring exceptional speed, precision, and design craft.
Responsibilities
- Assist with brand campaigns, Paid UA, social content, product marketing, CRM, and partner and event collateral.
- Design and animate a wide range of assets, including campaign visuals, social content, product marketing materials, CRM assets, and partner/event collateral.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and understandable designs.
- Partner with various teams such as Brand, Social, Product Marketing, and Events to provide design support.
- Maintain brand guidelines consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build reusable templates and components to improve team efficiency.
- Research and incorporate the latest design, motion, and social trends.
- Contribute a strong point of view on sports and culture, reflecting it in the work.
- Push for improved craft and design quality.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across brand, social, and campaign work.
- Motion design experience is mandatory.
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color.
- Experience working within or developing design systems.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
