Responsibilities

- Complete comprehensive pre-send QA, including links, tagging, personalization, audience selection, and desktop/mobile rendering.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the execution and ongoing optimization of automated lifecycle journeys designed to nurture leads, reactivate customers, and drive repeat bookings.

- Support A/B testing across subject lines, send times, creative, and offers to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including opens, clicks, conversions, attribution, list growth, and unsubscribes.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Document campaign learnings and apply insights to future communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting processes.
- Support the day-to-day management of HubSpot, including email templates, workflows, lists, and campaign execution.
- Maintain strong list hygiene and support email deliverability best practices.
- Ensure campaign execution and customer data handling align with applicable privacy and email marketing requirements.
- Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, TripArc, and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns against shared business objectives.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, manage timelines, and help keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of email campaign QA, including links, personalization, audience logic, and rendering across devices.
- Experience analyzing email performance and using campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization; experience building segments is an asset.
- Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and applicable data privacy and email marketing regulations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
