About the Role
Brain Co. is seeking a Product Manager to own the product line for its financial services offerings. This role involves setting the roadmap, defining standards, and deciding which capabilities become part of the core product, working closely with AI deployment leads, engineering, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Turn deployments into reusable product capabilities.
- Conduct on-site discovery with end-users.
- Set and measure quality standards for products, including accuracy and adoption.
- Prototype solutions in design or code.
- Own the accuracy and control model for regulated institutions.
- Develop market expertise to advocate for new product directions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product building experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong technical depth, able to understand system architecture and API specifications.
- Experience shipping products into complex, document-heavy environments.
- High quality bar and ability to learn new domains quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain technical decisions to both engineers and executives.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure own work.
