About the Role
Cooley is seeking a Campaign Management Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team. This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, which builds scalable infrastructure and data-backed frameworks to enable proactive, high-impact strategy for Marketing & Client Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project lifecycle for all marketing campaigns, managing timelines, resource dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Define and optimize standardized campaign workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off process between stakeholders, creative enablers, and digital execution teams.
- Act as the primary traffic controller for all campaign components, ensuring timely, on-brand, and specification-compliant asset delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all customer journeys, testing logic, tracking links, and asset rendering across devices for defect-free launches.
- Project manage the contributions of internal 'enabler' teams to ensure outputs are synchronized within the master campaign timeline.
- Serve as the power user and administrator for campaign management or project tracking tools, maintaining real-time visibility into campaign portfolio health.
- Proactively identify project risks or resource constraints, facilitating meetings to resolve conflicts and keep high-priority journeys on track.
- Ensure all final campaign assets adhere to the firm’s visual and narrative standards, conducting final quality checks.
- Provide clear, consistent status reporting to stakeholders, managing expectations regarding production capacity and launch windows.
- Lead campaign 'wrap-up' sessions to evaluate workflow efficiency, documenting lessons learned to refine the firm’s campaign deployment playbook.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation.
- Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours as required.
- Ability to travel as required.
- 5+ years applicable experience in marketing or business development, preferably with an emphasis on strategy, transformation, or growth functions.
- Builds and manages comprehensive campaign work plans, assigning resources based on capacity, tracking progress, and escalating roadblocks/risks.
- Leads regular campaign meetings, providing status reports and managing expectations across stakeholders and teams.
- Proven project management experience, including use of project management tools/tracking.
- Project management certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Prior legal industry or professional services experience preferred.
