About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to own Braviant's digital marketing channels end-to-end, including the marketing website, search visibility, and paid acquisition. This role involves managing the budget, roadmap, and results, and requires comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on campaign tuning. You will be responsible for the strategy, budget, and performance of digital marketing channels, including building the investment plan, producing creative assets, tracking ROI, and reporting results to leadership. You will partner closely with Growth/Strategy, Data/Analytics, and Legal/Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital marketing budget across website, SEO/GEO, and paid channels, monitoring performance weekly and reallocating spend to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a digital marketing roadmap integrating website, search, and paid priorities with broader acquisition goals.
- Drive strategy to grow top-of-funnel traffic, improve conversion, and optimize the customer journey across digital channels.
- Monitor KPIs and report outcomes, risks, and recommendations to the Head of Growth and leadership.
- Build and deliver clear reporting and presentations on digital marketing performance, strategy, and investment recommendations.
- Own and maintain Braviant's marketing website in Webflow, managing day-to-day updates, new page builds, and QA.
- Design, write, and launch new landing pages, and continuously optimize existing ones for conversion.
- Own on-page, technical, and content SEO, including keyword strategy, site architecture, metadata, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve visibility in traditional search and generative/AI search surfaces.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility, recommending and executing improvements.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and other digital ad platforms.
- Design and produce ad creative (static images, copy, basic video/motion assets) for paid campaigns.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, creative testing, and bid strategy to hit acquisition cost and volume targets.
- Identify and evaluate new digital acquisition channels and partnership/affiliate opportunities.
- Route all ad creative, landing pages, and marketing copy through Legal and Compliance for regulatory review before launch.
- Own GA4 instrumentation and reporting, tracking funnel performance, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain dashboards for the Growth and Marketing teams to monitor channel performance.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for scaling, fixing, and testing.
- Work closely with the Head of Product to align digital marketing priorities with broader acquisition goals.
- Partner with Data/Analytics to translate performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory review of all marketing creative, campaigns, and site content.
- Stay at the forefront of SEO, GEO, paid media, and AI-driven marketing technology, applying best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on ownership of a marketing website, SEO, and paid ad campaigns.
- Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting on ROI, CAC, or similar performance metrics to leadership.
- Track record of managing a marketing site and paid channels with measurable results (traffic, conversion, cost per acquisition).
- Comfortable designing ad and landing page creative independently.
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for website edits.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex performance data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for research, content, and analysis.
- Experience with marketing automation and email platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Comfortable owning a broad, cross-functional scope on a lean team, from strategy down to hands-on execution.
- Bias toward action — ship, measure, and iterate rather than over-engineering upfront.
- Naturally curious about performance data and willing to dig until you have an answer you trust.
- Energized by ambiguity and rapid change, with a natural ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving priorities.
- Collaborative and low-ego — work well with Legal, Compliance, and Growth.
- Actively experiments with AI tools to work faster and smarter.
- Familiarity with consumer lending or credit marketing compliance requirements, including working with Legal/Compliance on regulatory ad review.
