Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste.
- Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work.
- Assist all jobs on the plant floor.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stack parts and lift product up to 50 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
- Work the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Ability to pass Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Test.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work overtime up to 12 hours per day and multiple Saturdays per year.
- Ability to Sit, Stoop, and Bend.
- Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to read and write basic English instructions.
- Demonstrate 6+ months of continuous previous employment.
- Have a good attendance record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. throughout shift.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Willingness to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
- Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Forklift and/or Clamp truck experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $26.32 per hour
- Annual Bonus – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
