About the Role
As a Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator, you will be the face of Clutch at our Evans Location, serving as the first point of contact for customers picking up or selling vehicles. This dynamic role offers the freedom to go above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great, unique experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Inspect vehicles, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
- Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork.
- Take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
- Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable driving longer distances.
- Automotive experience and a passion for cars.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- A G Driver's License (valid in Ontario).
- 3 years of clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
- Work schedule includes 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day.
