About the Role
As a Retail Advisor (Inbound Field Specialist) at our Evans Location, you will be the face of Clutch, providing a unique and exceptional customer experience during vehicle pick-ups and sales. This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail in vehicle inspections, and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Inspect vehicles, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
- Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork.
- Take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
- Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable driving longer distances.
- Automotive experience and a passion for cars.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- A G Driver License (valid in Ontario).
- 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
- 4 weekday plus 1 weekend date working schedule.
