About the Role
Perspire Sauna Studio in NYC is seeking a positive, confident, and results-oriented Studio Assistant (Spa Attendant) to join their member service team. The role involves providing excellent guest experiences at their Williamsburg and Flatiron locations, with a focus on health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Work 4 or 5 shifts per week, across weekday and weekend schedules.
- Promptly clean and sanitize sauna rooms between guest appointments.
- Conduct inventory of towels and cleaning supplies upon delivery.
- Inspect and fold towels according to prescribed techniques.
- Perform regular deep cleaning activities of facilities and saunas.
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide studio tours.
- Attend mandatory monthly team meetings.
- Support Studio Manager and Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks, including minor repairs.
Requirements
- A great attention to detail and cleanliness.
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
- A consistently awesome team-player attitude.
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance.
- Prior sales experience.
- Evening and weekend availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or customer service is a plus.
