About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for our operational design, including print, textiles, and daily outgoing assets. This role offers direct visibility of your work, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to work independently and prioritize tasks. We collaborate with external experts for specific projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design yearbooks for over two-thirds of German schools, setting the quality standard for the market.
- Develop collections, prints, and motifs for our growing textile business, shaping the visual identity of nuggit on apparel.
- Enhance design templates used by tens of thousands of students in the nuggit app, ensuring clean and production-ready assets.
- Contribute a design perspective to improve layout and design options within the app, collaborating with the Product team.
- Conceptualize layouts for internationalization, preparing designs for markets beyond Germany.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a structured approach to file organization.
- Solid understanding of print pre-press and production.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore AI in design workflows.
- Self-organized with the ability to prioritize independently.
- Ability to deliver reliably, especially during peak seasons.
- Creative, critical, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate closely with other teams.
