- Bring the brand promise to life within the hotel, turning it into a seamless, elevated, and emotionally engaging guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel positioning and communication strategy to grow the hotel’s visibility, desirability, and reputation across key markets.
- Oversee the Marketing manager’s action plan including public relations, social media, advertising and digital marketing in connection with the Ecommerce director.
- Collaborate with brands and creative external teams to ensure visual identity and messaging along with the hotel luxury positioning.
- Ensure consistency of storytelling and visual identity across all content and activations, fully aligned with brand guidelines.
- Generate strong local, regional, and international visibility through proactive media relations, influencer collaborations.
- Build strategic partnerships with luxury brands and cultural players to create exclusive events, co-branded campaigns, and high-value activations.
- Drive the sales team performance through data-driven decision-making and regular business reviews.
- Analyse market trends, competitive benchmarks and guest insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue, and Ecommerce Leaders to define the optimal business mix and contribute to monthly forecasts to improve accuracy, while developing targeted strategies for varying demand periods.
- Recruit, train and mentor a high performing sales and marketing team.
