About the Role
Manage IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, and closing. Establish and maintain consistent project management methodologies, including estimation, staffing, and risk management. Facilitate issue resolution and monitor the change management process to control project scope.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of IT projects (Application Services, Technology Services, Interval Software Services)
- Ensure project success through initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases
- Establish consistent methodology and process for project evaluation, assessment, and prioritization
- Establish standards for Project Management, Project Estimation and Staffing, and Risk Management
- Facilitate the resolution of issues
- Define and monitor the Change Management Process during the execution phase to ensure proper scope management
