About the Role
Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Capital Markets Summer Intern to support financial and operating analysis that informs strategic business decisions. The intern will work with data, build reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to key Capital Markets workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operating data that informs real strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, reports, and analytics used by the team.
- Synthesize, cleanse, and monitor data from internal teams and third-party market sources.
- Create presentations and materials for Link senior management and Blackstone stakeholders.
- Track and evaluate portfolio, financial, and operating performance against peers.
- Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects across Capital Markets workstreams.
- Use AI tools like Copilot and Claude on live workstreams: accelerating research, stress-testing your own analysis, and helping the team find better ways to work.
Requirements
- A current junior (rising senior) at an accredited four-year institution.
- Genuinely curious about commercial real estate and capital markets, prior formal experience is not required.
- Comfortable with core real estate concepts such as financial, operational, and/or market analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and quick to pick up new tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A clear communicator with the judgment to prioritize when several requests land at once.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.
