Responsibilities

  • Partner with Data Engineering, Business Systems, Finance, and Analytics teams to define requirements, prioritize data enhancements, and ensure trusted, analytics-ready data
  • Lead analytics initiatives from business requirements and data exploration through modeling, dashboard development, insight generation, and executive delivery
  • Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to GTM leaders, analyzing revenue performance and translating complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision frameworks

  • Define and advance the GTM Strategy AI roadmap, identifying and prioritizing AI-enabled use cases that improve revenue performance, customer insights, and operating productivity
  • Ensure analytics and AI solutions are scalable, governed, secure, and built on trusted data, business logic, and responsible-AI practices
  • Serve as the technical and analytical leader for the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, establishing quality standards and coaching and mentoring team members
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence priorities across business, systems, and data teams without formal authority

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Intelligence, Analytics, SaaS Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related analytical discipline
  • Demonstrate experience building enterprise KPI frameworks, semantic data models, reporting standards, and data-governance practices
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, and performance optimization
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of modern data platforms and warehouse concepts such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data and reporting, with an understanding of B2B sales, pipeline, forecasting, renewals, and customer lifecycle processes
  • Demonstrate ability to translate complex data and business questions into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives
