About the Role

Control Risks is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong eDiscovery subject matter skillset to implement and oversee the full lifecycle of a project, managing client matters from setup through billing and invoicing. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between client requirements and Control Risks' resources to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client by client basis.
  • Liaise with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success.
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from beginning to end.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and service in RelativityOne, including aiR for Review, aiR for Privilege, Analytics, Integration Points, custom workflows, batch management, Event Handlers, scripts, persistent highlighting, Redact, RSMF, Dynamic Objects, complex searches, complex STRs, user/permission/group management, object level security, Case Dynamics, productions, privilege logs, imaging, OCR’ing documents, and ARMs.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper allocation of resources for processing, data loading, and hosting based on deadlines and priorities.
  • Manage internal and external client expectations throughout the entire life cycle of a project.
  • Gather client and project requirements and ensure they are properly documented and managed.
  • Act as client advocate to ensure the development team is aware of the prioritization of new requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all project aspects, including job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody documents.
  • Oversee daily project activities, including interaction with team members, leaders, and client personnel.
  • Drive quality work product and deliver all work within established timeframes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with RelativityOne, ability to set up new projects to client specifications, and consult on RelativityOne functionality.
  • Experience with cross-border investigations and related discovery concerns.
  • Preferred: Experience and familiarity with all phases of litigation, including forensic data preservation, data processing, data production, and litigation support.
  • Preferred: Understanding fundamentals of effective project management in eDiscovery projects.
  • Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase.
  • High degree of confidence and energy level coupled with leadership initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while effectively juggling competing demands, prioritizing appropriately, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
