About the Role
Design and run automated test systems to validate software using programming languages and testing tools on Oracle Linux across various robotic platforms. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and vendors, requiring hands-on ownership from prototypes to production-ready software.
Responsibilities
- Design and run automated test systems that validate software.
- Utilize programming languages and testing tools of Oracle Linux on ARM, Intel, and AMD-based robotic platforms.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, security, hardware, and platform teams, as well as external silicon and hardware vendors.
- Be deeply hands-on, owning early prototypes through production-ready platform software and technical standards.
Requirements
- Strong background in operating systems.
- Several years of hands-on Unix/Linux development experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting for development and automation tasks.
