About the Role
Develops and manages CMMS standards for Oracle-owned data center facilities infrastructure, focusing on asset data, maintenance programs, work management, and lifecycle planning. Supports reliable operation of critical electrical distribution and liquid cooling systems by ensuring accuracy and consistency in maintenance requirements, equipment records, documentation, spare-parts information, and reporting. Also supports colocation maintenance activities by reviewing planned work, coordinating with stakeholders, presenting critical maintenance changes for approval, and managing day-to-day coordination of data center activities.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages CMMS standards for Oracle-owned data center facilities infrastructure.
- Manages asset data, maintenance programs, work management, and lifecycle planning.
- Supports reliable operation of critical electrical distribution and liquid cooling systems.
- Ensures maintenance requirements, equipment records, documentation, spare-parts information, and reporting are accurate, consistent, and actionable.
- Supports colocation maintenance activities by reviewing planned work.
- Coordinates with stakeholders for colocation maintenance activities.
- Presents critical maintenance changes for approval.
- Manages day-to-day coordination of data center activities.
