About the Role
Cashiers provide friendly and professional service, process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and help create a positive, engaging environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures
- Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries
- Maintain Front End Department merchandise
- Participate in the training of junior staff
- Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
- Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required
Requirements
- Basic level of numeracy skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation to prove their legal ability to work in the position during the onboarding process.
