About the Role
Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, scalable, and productive. This role supports executive functions and team coordination, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and sensitive matters.
- Arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of executives.
- Organize and manage team meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and catering coordination.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Highly organized and proactive, able to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and judgment, with confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership and discretion, trustworthy with sensitive information and able to operate independently.
- High sense of urgency: Comfortable moving quickly, handling last-minute changes, and solving problems without needing constant direction.
