About the Role
Join Urbanex Pest Control as a Route Technician, driving a company vehicle to service 10-12 customer locations daily. You will inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships while working independently with team support.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses a day
- Inspect for pests
- Apply treatments
- Build relationships with customers
- Work independently on your route
Requirements
- Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
- 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable lifting equipment
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Willing to complete a background check

- $45,000-$65,000 per year (base + monthly bonuses)
