About the Role
Join a specialized team focused on helping clients navigate complex environmental and regulatory challenges. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, support project strategy and execution, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee the quality of technical deliverables, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of projects across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for environmental risk assessment projects across Canada.
- Support a range of initiatives from screening-level assessments to complex regulatory submissions.
- Guide risk assessment strategies, review technical deliverables, and mentor professionals.
- Act as an inter-office liaison and client contact for risk assessment projects.
- Contribute to thought leadership within the ERA Practice and participate in collaborative projects with other practices.
- Perform any other job-related duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (biological sciences, toxicology or environmental studies preferred).
- QPRA designation in Ontario is required (or ability to obtain).
- Project Management experience in a consulting environment is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Excellent report writing/editing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in groups.
