About the Role
As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy, you will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business imperatives, guiding clients from focused short-term engagements to multi-phase AI transformations. You will take ownership of cross-functional workstreams, drive data-driven decision-making, and actively shape the digital future of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making and business transformation.
- Collect, synthesize, and iterate data to create actionable insights using modern AI tools and communicate findings clearly.
- Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery within interdisciplinary teams.
- Support the development of data strategies, AI use cases, and business intelligence solutions, including governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
- Contribute to a strong team culture by sharing knowledge and staying updated on digital and AI trends.
- Support client proposals, shape new service offerings, and create intellectual capital to strengthen market position.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or in-house corporate strategy roles.
- Proven track record of participating in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/Machine Learning projects.
- Strong affinity for data management and modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, or predictive analytics.
- Ideally, hands-on experience in AI use case conceptualization or data platform tracking.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a business-oriented perspective.
- Confidence working with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis, insight generation, and delivery acceleration.
- Comfort with structured data and a hands-on attitude toward new tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English.
- Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating across different levels and functions.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with strong client focus and stakeholder understanding.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and solve complex problems.
- Business-fluent German and English are required.
- A valid work permit for Germany.
