About the Role
Build AI is seeking a driven individual to lead a planet-scale data collection effort aimed at solving physical labor challenges. This role requires aggressive determination and end-to-end ownership of data scaling initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the data scaling effort end to end.
- Evaluate regions and decide on new markets for scaling.
- Execute the launch strategy independently, including building local sales teams, running ad campaigns, cold outreach, and establishing partnerships.
- Pro-actively go in-country to accelerate progress, even without speaking the local language.
- Be responsible for regional success, including hiring regional leads, designing incentive structures, and resolving regulatory complications.
- Repeat the scaling motion globally as rapidly as possible.
- Constantly question and innovate on all aspects of data scaling to accelerate company growth.
