Responsibilities
- Qualify domestic and international healthcare workers for the job market.
- Further educate domestic and international healthcare workers.
- Prepare domestic and international healthcare workers for the job market.
- Integrate domestic and international healthcare workers into the German labor market.
Requirements
- Initial experience in adult education.
- Comfortable working in a small, growing organization with broad and evolving roles.
- Able to take ownership of topics end-to-end.
- Proactive in identifying needs and improving processes.
- Fluent English (B2+).
- Confident German (C1+ level for negotiations).
